Article 2 [Application of This Agreement]
When Users use this service provided by Our Company over the internet, this Agreement shall be established. Users shall be deemed to have agreed to the contents of this Agreement at the time of the start of using this service.

Article 3 [Amendment of This Agreement]
Our Company may amend this Agreement within the scope of the purpose of this service if deemed necessary. If Users or Purchasers use this service after the amendment of this Agreement, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Agreement.

Chapter 2 Purchase of Products

Article 4 [Purchase of Products]
Users may purchase products from Our Company using this service.
If Users wish to purchase products, they shall apply for the purchase of products in accordance with the procedures separately specified by Our Company.
With the said application, when the button to order after confirming the delivery destination, order details, and other information entered and registered by the Users clicks, and thereafter, when an email confirming the order details reaches the said Users from Our Company, a sales contract regarding the said products shall be deemed to have been concluded between the Users and Our Company.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct regarding the use of this service, Our Company may cancel the sales contract, rescind it, or take other appropriate measures.
Minor Users cannot purchase products using this service without the prior consent of their legal representatives.

Article 5 [Changes to Registered Information]
If there are any changes to the purchaser's name, address, or any other information provided to Our Company at the time of purchase, the purchaser shall promptly inform Our Company. Even if changes are made to the registered information, transactions that have already been processed before the changes will be based on the information before the changes.

Article 6 [Payment Methods]
The payment amount for the products will be the total of the product's sales price, consumption tax, delivery fee, and handling fee displayed on the site.
Regarding the payment for products purchased through this service, it shall be limited to the payment methods specified by Our Company.
If payment is made by credit card, the purchaser shall comply with the conditions separately agreed upon between the purchaser and the credit card company. In the event of any dispute between the purchaser and the credit card company related to the use of the credit card, the purchaser shall be responsible for resolving it.
If a separate agreement (including consent to the terms and conditions of the payment method, but not limited to it) is made between the purchaser and the payment company specified by this service, the purchaser shall comply with the conditions separately agreed upon between the purchaser and the payment company. In the event of any dispute between the purchaser and the payment company related to the designated payment method, the purchaser shall be responsible for resolving it.

Acts that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, patent rights, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or Our Company, or acts that may cause such issues
Acts contrary to public order and morals, or acts that violate laws, or acts that may cause such issues
Acts where Users or purchasers use the contents obtained through this service beyond private use
Acts of duplicating, selling, publishing, distributing, or disclosing the contents obtained through this service through other users or third parties, or acts similar to these
Acts that hinder the operation of this service and other services provided by Our Company
Acts that, as reasonably determined by Our Company, undermine or tarnish the credibility of Our Company
Other acts deemed inappropriate by Our Company

Chapter 5 Disclaimer

Article 10 [Disclaimer]
Our Company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by third parties as a result of the violation of this Agreement by Users or purchasers.
Our Company makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the content of this service and the information obtained by Users or purchasers through this service, including their completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, and all other matters.
Our Company, as a general rule, shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by Users or purchasers as a result of using this service, nor shall it have any obligation to compensate for such damages. However, if the contract between Our Company and Users or purchasers falls under the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000), and if the disclaimer is not applicable for reasons such as this, the provisions of this Agreement that completely exempt Our Company from liability shall not apply. Additionally, in cases where the contract based on this Agreement falls under the consumer contract and Our Company is held liable for damages due to non-performance of obligations or unlawful acts, Our Company shall be liable for damages up to the amount paid by the User or purchaser to Our Company based on this Agreement for the past one year from the date of the occurrence of the damages, as the upper limit of the compensation amount, except in cases where Our Company has intentional or gross negligence.
Our Company shall fulfill the delivery obligation of the products by contacting the contact information registered by the purchaser and bringing or delivering the products to the delivery destination specified at the time of purchase in the event that the purchaser neglects or refuses to receive the products, the products cannot be received due to prolonged absence, the delivery destination is unknown, or the purchaser cannot receive the products for any other reason, and shall be exempt from such obligation.

Chapter 6 Miscellaneous

Article 11 [Copyrights, Intellectual Property Rights]
The content provided through this service shall exclusively belong to Our Company or third parties with legitimate rights. If any problems arise between the Users or purchasers and third parties in violation of the provisions of this Article, the Users or purchasers shall resolve such issues at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damages, losses, or disadvantages to Our Company.

Article 12 [Governing Law]
The governing law for this Agreement shall be all laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]
In the event that any matter not stipulated in this Agreement or any doubt in the interpretation of this Agreement arises, Our Company and the Users or purchasers shall promptly resolve it through
